RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY – DOMESTIC :
If you Use The Platform, You Shall Be Responsible For Maintaining The Confidentially Of Your DisplayName And Password. For any return request, send us an email return request within 3 days of delivery, on orders@voji.co.in with the following details:

Product Code
Reason for returning the product
Photo of the product which you intend to return back to us
Returns/replacements cannot be initiated for any customized product.
Payment Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged products. In all other cases, replacement or store credit (3 Months validity) is available.

Refund cannot be initiated for any customized product.
Returns and Replacements are done by Voji if wrong products, or damaged products are received by the customer. In case of Exchange, return shipping cost has to be borne by the customer.
Exchange is allowed with the same or different products.

RETURNS POLICY – INTERNATIONAL ORDERS :
1. If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at orders@voji.co.in with your Order ID, Product Code and send us a snapshot of the defect within in 7 Days.
2. The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer, and Voji shall have no additional liability in this regard.
3. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team
4. Payment Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged products. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges
5. We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
6. Returns cannot be initiated for any customized product.
